During today’s Hitman 3 livestream, IO Interactive announced it would self-publish the game. Hitman 2, was published by Warner Bros. after the firm went independent from Square Enix. The game will bring the World of Assassination trilogy to a conclusion and will allow Hitman 1 and 2 players to import locations over. Hitman 2 owners will also be able to import progression. Hitman 3 will be released in January 2021 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
